(NASDAQ:COHU) through its Delta Design unit announced today its new Delta 1888 handler, designed for bulk media handling of leadless IC devices. Featuring a vibratory bowl-feed input and automated tape-and-reel output, this new 1888 configuration provides added flexibility for customers desiring the lower cost advantages of handling leadless devices in bulk.
