Retired Senior V.P. and CFO of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC)
Mr. Bendush is the retired Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC), a communications semiconductor company where he served from 1999 to 2003. Mr. Bendush was a director of Microsemi Corp. from 2003 until the company was acquired in May 2018, and previously was a director of Conexant Systems, Inc.
Steven J. Bilodeau
Retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Microsystems Corporation (SMSC)
Mr. Bilodeau is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of SMSC, a semiconductor manufacturer, where he served from 1999 until 2008. Mr. Bilodeau served as a director of Maxwell Technologies from May 2016 and was appointed Chairperson in May 2017 until its sale to Tesla in May 2019. Mr. Bilodeau also served as a director of SMSC from 1999 until 2012, and as SMSC’s Chairperson of the Board from 2000 until 2012. Mr. Bilodeau also previously served as a director of NuHorizons Electronic Corp., Conexant Systems, Inc. and Gennum Corporation.
Andrew M. Caggia
Retired Senior V.P. and CFO of Standard Microsystems Corporation (SMSC)
Andrew M. Caggia served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SMSC, a semiconductor company, from 2000 until his retirement in 2006. Prior to SMSC, Mr. Caggia held senior financial management positions at General Instrument/General Semiconductor and began his career at SCM Corporation. Mr. Caggia also served as a director of SMSC from 2001 until its acquisition by Microchip Technology, Inc. in 2012.
James A. Donahue
Chairperson of the Board, Retired Chief Executive Officer of Cohu, Inc.
James A. Donahue joined Cohu's Delta Design subsidiary in 1978 and has been Non-Executive Chairperson of Cohu, Inc. since December 2015. Mr. Donahue was previously Executive Chairperson of Cohu, Inc. from December 2014 to December 2015, Chairperson, President and Chief Executive Officer from March 2010 to December 2014, President and Chief Executive Officer from June 2000 to March 2010, President and Chief Operating Officer from October 1999 to June 2000, President of the Cohu Semiconductor Equipment Group from May 1998 to October 1999 and President of Delta Design since 1983. Mr. Donahue also previously served as a director of SMSC from 2003 until 2012.
Yon Jorden
Retired Executive V.P. and CFO of AdvancePCS

Yon Y. Jorden served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AdvancePCS, a pharmacy benefits management company, from 2002 until her retirement in 2004. Prior to this, Ms. Jorden held Chief Financial Officer positions at Informix Corp., Oxford Health Plans, Inc. and WellPoint, Inc.

Ms. Jorden also serves as a director for Capstone Green Energy Corp., Alignment Healthcare, Inc., and Methodist Health System. In addition, she previously served as a director at Maxwell Technologies, Magnetek, Inc., U.S. Oncology, and BioScrip, Inc.

Andreas (“Andy”) W. Mattes
Retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Coherent, Inc.

Mr. Mattes is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Coherent, Inc., where he served from April 2020 to July 2022 operationally transforming the company and leading its $6.6 billion acquisition by II-VI Incorporated in July 2022. Prior to Coherent, from July 2019 to April 2020, Mr. Mattes was a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on advising international businesses on high-impact transformations, agile change and positioning companies for growth. Prior to that, from June 2013 to December 2017, he served as President and CEO of Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated (and its predecessor Diebold, Inc.), a multinational financial and retail technology company. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership positions at Hewlett Packard, including leading worldwide sales for the technology solutions group and running the Americas enterprise services business, and various executive positions at Siemens AG culminating in his role as CEO of Siemens Communications Inc., USA.

Mr. Mattes serves as a member of the Supervisory Board at ams-OSRAM AG. In addition, he previously served as a director at Velodyne Lidar, Inc.

Luis A. Müller
President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu, Inc.

Luis A. Müller joined Cohu's Delta Design subsidiary in 2005 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu, Inc. since December 2014. Dr. Müller was previously President of Cohu's Semiconductor Equipment Group (SEG) from January 2011 until being named CEO, Managing Director of SEG's Rasco GmbH business unit in Germany from January 2009 to December 2010, and Vice President of SEG's High Speed Pick-and-Place handler products from July 2008 to December 2010. Prior to joining Cohu, Inc. Dr. Müller spent nine years at Teradyne, where he held various management positions in engineering and business development. 

Dr. Müller also serves as a director for Celestica, Inc.

Karen M. Rapp
Retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of National Instruments Corporation

Karen M. Rapp served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of National Instruments Corporation from 2017 through 2023. Previously, from 2015 to 2017, Ms. Rapp served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of NXP Semiconductors N.V. ("NXP"), after NXP acquired Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. (“Freescale”). Ms. Rapp also served in several positions at Freescale, including serving as Vice President and Chief Information Officer from April 2013 to December 2015 and as Director of Operations and Finance, Global Sales and Marketing from April 2010 to April 2013.

Ms. Rapp also serves as a director of Microchip Technology Incorporated as well as Plexus Corp.

Nina L. Richardson
Managing Director and Co-Founder of Three Rivers Energy, Inc.

Nina L. Richardson served as Chief Operating Officer of GoPro, Inc. from February 2013 to February 2015. Prior to that, she held several executive positions of increasing responsibility at Flex Ltd., a global electronics and manufacturing service provider. Currently, she serves as managing director of Three Rivers Energy, Inc., a company she co-founded in 2004, and she has been an independent consultant since March 2015.

Ms. Richardson also serves as a director for Silicon Laboratories, Inc. and Resideo Technologies, Inc. In addition, she previously served as a director at Eargo, Inc., Zayo Group Holdings, Inc., Callidus Software, Inc. and Silicon Graphics International Corp.

Karen M. Rapp
