Cohu Announces Quarterly Dividend of Six Cents per Share

POWAY, CALIF., May 9, 2006 -- Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ/COHU) reported today that the Cohu Board of Directors, at a meeting on May 9, 2006, declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per share payable August 4, 2006 to shareholders of record on June 23, 2006. The Company has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1977.
