(NASDAQ:COHU) reported today that the Cohu Board of Directors, at a meeting on May 14, 2013, declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents($0.06) per share payable August 2, 2013 to shareholders of record on June 21, 2013. The Company has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1977.
