Cohu Announces Quarterly Dividend

POWAY, CALIF., May 8, 2007 -- Cohu, Inc. (NASDAQ/COHU) reported today that the Cohu Board of Directors, at a meeting on May 8, 2007, declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per share payable August 3, 2007 to shareholders of record on June 22, 2007. The Company has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1977.
