Prior to SMSC, Mr. Caggia held senior financial management positions at General Instrument/General Semiconductor and began his career at SCM Corporation. Mr. Caggia also served as a director of SMSC from 2001 until its acquisition by Microchip Technology, Inc. in 2012.

    James A. Donahue joined Cohu's Delta Design subsidiary in 1978 and has been Non-Executive Chairman of Cohu, Inc. since December 2015. Mr. Donahue was previously Executive Chairman of Cohu, Inc. from December 2014 to December 2015, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer from March 2010 to December 2014, President and Chief Executive Officer from June 2000 to March 2010, President and Chief Operating Officer from October 1999 to June 2000, President of the Cohu Semiconductor Equipment Group from May 1998 to October 1999 and President of Delta Design since 1983.

    • Luis A. Müller

      President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu, Inc.

      Luis A. Müller joined Cohu's Delta Design subsidiary in 2005 and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Cohu, Inc. since December 2014. Dr. Müller was previously President of Cohu's Semiconductor Equipment Group (SEG) from January 2011 until being named CEO, Managing Director of SEG's Rasco GmbH business unit in Germany from January 2009 to December 2010, and Vice President of SEG's High Speed Pick-and-Place handler products from July 2008 to December 2010. Prior to joining Cohu, Inc. Dr. Müller spent nine years at Teradyne, where he held various management positions in engineering and business development.

      • David G. Tacelli

        Retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Xcerra Corporation

        David G. Tacelli served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LTX Corporation beginning in 2005 and continued in that capacity following the formation of LTX-Credence in 2008.  He continued serving in the role when the company was renamed Xcerra in 2013 through its acquisition by Cohu in October 2018.  Mr. Tacelli originally joined LTX in 1988 and served in a variety of leadership positions across the company prior to his appointment as President and CEO. 

        • Jorge L. Titinger

          Retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Graphics International Corporation

          Jorge L. Titinger served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Silicon Graphics International Corp. from February 2012 until the sale of the company in November 2016.  He was elected a director of LTX-Credence in 2012 and continued in that role following the formation of Xcerra until October 2018.  Mr. Titinger served in various executive leadership positions at Verigy Ltd. from 2008 until 2011.  Prior to this he held executive positions at FormFactor, Inc., KLA-Tencor Corporation, and Applied Materials, Inc.
